Consent to Receive Marketing Communications
 
Pursuant to the requirements of Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 “On Advertising,” acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interests, and confirming my legal capacity and capacity to act, I hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Kamilla Andreevna Yakimova (TIN 761107434063) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) to receive marketing communications by email, telephone number, as well as through messaging platforms, social media platforms, and other channels used for the distribution of marketing communications.
1. This Consent is given for the receipt of marketing communications, which may include:
(1) information about the Services;
(2) information about discounts and special offers;
(3) information about the Data Controller’s news and changes to the Services;
(4) invitations to events;
(5) announcements of events;
(6) selections of useful materials and recommendations;
(7) other information related to the activities of the Data Controller.
2. I agree that the following actions, individually or in combination, shall constitute my simple electronic signature for the purposes of this Consent:
(1) selecting the checkbox next to the text: “I consent to receive marketing communications”;
(2) clicking the “Pay” button or a similar interface element that results in payment for the Services;
(3) sending a confirmation in response to the documents provided for review stating that I have read and understood the terms of this Consent and the Service Provider’s Public Offer.
3. This Consent shall become effective from the moment it is given and shall remain valid until it is withdrawn.
4. I may withdraw this Consent by:
(1) sending the Data Controller a request in the form of an electronic document by email to kamillamengel@gmail.com or through other communication channels, marked “Unsubscribe from Marketing Communications.”
The Data Controller shall cease sending marketing communications within three (3) business days from the date of receipt of such request;
(2) unsubscribing independently by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the marketing communication.
5. I acknowledge that marketing communications may be sent by the Data Controller either directly or through third parties (data processors) acting on behalf of the Data Controller. In all cases, my Personal Data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Data Controller’s Website at: https://kamillamengel.ru/
