Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
 
In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interests, and confirming my legal capacity and capacity to act, I (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Kamilla Andreevna Yakimova (TIN 761107434063) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) to process my Personal Data under the following terms:
1. My consent is specific, informed, conscious, unambiguous, and given freely.
2. This consent is given for the processing of Personal Data both without the use of automation tools and with the use of such tools.
3. This consent is given for the processing of the following Personal Data belonging to me: Personal Data that does not belong to special categories of Personal Data or biometric Personal Data (except where such data is voluntarily provided by the User for publication):
(1) full name;
(2) email address;
(3) mobile phone number;
(4) messenger ID (Telegram, Instagram);
(5) bank account details for payment;
(6) passport details;
(7) date of birth;
(8) registered address;
(9) voice data;
(10) photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings (where such materials are provided by the User for publication on the Service Provider’s social media accounts and marketing resources).
4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
(1) processing requests for Services and identifying the User;
(2) processing and receiving payments, including payment disputes;
(3) providing the User with the ability to use the Resources;
(4) providing the User with customer and technical support in the event of issues related to the use of the Resources and/or the Services provided by the Data Controller through the Platform;
(5) processing requests submitted by the User to the Data Controller;
(6) publishing on the Website and other Resources of the Data Controller information about the User and the User’s review of the Data Controller’s Services, as well as demonstrating the results of the Services provided by the Data Controller;
(7) ensuring the proper functioning of the Resources;
(8) providing access to the information available on the Data Controller’s Resources.
5. During the processing of Personal Data, the following actions shall be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
6. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, where it is necessary to provide my Personal Data in order to achieve the purposes specified above, as well as where third parties are engaged to provide services for such purposes, the Data Controller shall have the right, to the extent necessary, to disclose information relating to me to such third parties, their agents, and other persons authorized by them to perform the above-mentioned actions, and to provide such persons with the relevant documents containing such information.
7. For the purposes of achieving the objectives of Personal Data processing, Individual Entrepreneur Kamilla Andreevna Yakimova entrusts the following categories of third parties with the processing of the Personal Data provided. I hereby consent to the transfer of my Personal Data to the following third parties:
(1) mobile network operators;
(2) owners of social media platforms;
(3) owners of messaging platforms;
(4) specialized platforms for distributing promotional communications.
8. The Data Controller processes Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Term of Consent
9. This Consent shall become effective from the moment it is confirmed by the Data Subject by performing one of the following actions: selecting the corresponding checkbox on the Website; or clicking the “I Agree” button during registration, placing an order, or performing any other action related to the processing of Personal Data.
10. This Consent shall remain valid until the Data Subject withdraws it in accordance with the established procedure or until the purposes of the processing of Personal Data specified in this Consent have been achieved.
11. Where Personal Data is processed for purposes requiring its retention under the legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, accounting and tax records), the retention period may be up to five (5) years.
Procedure for Withdrawal of Consent
12. The Data Subject may withdraw this Consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Data Controller by email at: kamillamengel@gmail.com or by using the feedback form available on the Website.
13. Upon receipt of the withdrawal of Consent, the Data Controller shall cease processing Personal Data within ten (10) business days, except where continued processing is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations or where other grounds for processing are provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, where Consent has been withdrawn, the Data Controller may continue processing Personal Data where such processing is necessary to comply with obligations imposed by law (for example, for tax accounting, performance of contractual obligations, or other statutory requirements).
Form of Confirmation of Consent
14. Consent to the processing of Personal Data shall be deemed confirmed if the Data Subject performs one of the following actions:
(1) selecting the corresponding checkbox on the Data Controller’s Website, thereby confirming that the Data Subject has read and accepted the terms of this Consent and the Privacy Policy;
(2) clicking the “I Agree,” “Place Order,” “Register,” or a similar button during registration, placing an order, subscribing to a newsletter, or performing any other action related to the processing of Personal Data;
(3) making a payment or performing any other action that directly confirms the Data Subject’s consent to the processing of their Personal Data for the stated purposes.
15. The Data Subject confirms that they understand that the actions specified above are equivalent to their written consent and authorize the Data Controller to process their Personal Data in accordance with this Consent and the Privacy Policy.
